“ If you are staying in Old Quebec, it is worth the drive or ferry ride across the river to come here for dinner. We lucked into a quiet evening, and we were fortunate to talk at length with the chef about her food. You can feel her passion when she describes the dishes and the ingredients she uses, but that is topped by the flavors you experience when you enjoy the meal. Although, 95% of the dishes are vegetarian, omnivores will not be disappointed. Good food is good food...and it starts with quality ingredients. ”
